I just stopped by the Eagle in Silverlake and I shit you not there was a silent auction happening on the pool table which included an original cell from Song of the South, a Jagermeister gift basket, a set of Winnie the Pooh plates, a hot drawing of the owner…the theme was Sunday Furry Sunday so,ya know, the bears were out. And the Bears love the Disney.

The night was some TWELVE years ago when the first successful Mars rover mission happened, we’re at Dragstrip 66 dressed for the theme “Mars Needs Drag Queens.”

And this from my Fargo North High School yearbook. Some production the theater dept. did called Starmites which i don’t remember ever seeing but i thought this photo was sortof Mad Max future bulesque and the lead blond is pretty awesome.

Nothing’s wrong with it I just don’t need it anymore – i used it last year for making notes on other peoples drawings. These windscreen ones were discontinued and are really rare i guess. It’s on ebay here.

in my neighborhood. The Warner Brothers lot just repainted the end of one off their buildings with their superheroes – but then at night the villains (that were painted in invisible uv reactive paint) appear. It’s neat and the WB painters always do an amazing job. Not something you see in Fargo. I’ll be interested to see if the UV paint holds up over the summer. It IS a north facing wall but still it’s gonna start to go and all the characters will probably be yellow-green in a couple months.

So Santino just twatted this TERRIBLE/TERRIFIC clip from a movie i never saw that really does look terrible – but ANY fashion photoshoot in a movie is ALWAYS good even if in a bad way.

O and the producer of the “Dirty Little Secret SLIDESHOW” that I’m performing in Friday night told me my slides were X and he was trying to keep the show R. It’s a documentary series on contemporary artists. I’m only halfway through the first episode and I’m totally hypnotized.  Hearing from Sally Mann’s kids was terrific. I guess when you don’t have TV you really do miss some good things – I never knew this show existed.

…although mine isn’t little – but it is dirty!
